Absolutely the WORST car wash I've been to in 50 years. No one working there cleaning or maintaining anything. Trash everywhere. I lost $8.00 and no one there to get a refund. They are so bad that they don't post a phone number for people to call for a refund from their website. The Chamber of Commerce and Board of Supervisors needs to investigate this business for fraud. If possible, I would give them negative stars.
Usually this car wash is pretty good. However this time not so much. The water smell like pond water the recycling unit need to be clean likely. The credit card machine did not work so he did not have cash you could not get your car washed at the self service.
Visited 2/14/21 and was disappointed . Broken self use wash taking your money and not working .No customer service box or contact info to alert anyone of the issue . No attendant on site . No out of order sign post .....Time was 0930 am
They don’t take pride in their business anymore. This place is dirty and you can tell no one cleans it up anymore. Will not be back and Culpeper has new and better options now!
Car wash was not worth the money. My car does not look like it was washed. Dirty spots all over the car. Wheels dirty hood dirty. I now have to go to another car wash to complete my wash. Will never use again and DO NOT recommend
