I never been to your establishment before, but I will say that I personally love the name of it.
Washers/dryers are constantly broke down and take money. You can call the 800 number but good luck getting a call back let along any refund. When the equipment is working, you risk the chance of it breaking mid wash or dry. The place is usually dirtydirty and not well kept at all. Bathroom is horrible.
