The service was impeccable! And the front desk clerk had energy that made it so easy to walk in and book the entire weekend instead of just one night!

One of the managers inappropriately touched my quest and kept repeatly calling the room when I reported it nothing was done there is a lot of children that stay at the other hotels for housing beware of you are staying at willis ln in culpeper

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!nI stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel was maybe at 15% capacity. On the second night the temperature dropped to 41 degrees and I discovered that the heater in my room did not work. I called the front desk and spoke with Abby. She said no one was available to fix it so I asked her if she could get me a couple of blankets. I waited about 30 mins and when I didn't hear anything from her I called her back.nnAbby told me that she could not give me any extra blankets. I asked how is that possible? You have hundreds of blankets... Your a hotel! But no... She wouldn't give me one. She said I could change rooms however, there were no King rooms nearby, which would mean I would have to pack up everything that I had in my room, load it back in my vehicle and drive around to the other room. Normally that would not be a big deal for me, however I had a week's worth of luggage, bags, food, coolers, and two dogs with crates and it was late at night. Plus I was leaving early in the morning. I explained all these things to Abby but she was rude and said the hotel did not have a blanket I could use to stay warm!! I then asked for a couple of extra sheets instead..... She said no, there are no extra sheets I could bring you!!nnAre you kidding me??!  Hotel full of empty beds and you can't even give me an extra sheet or blanket to stay warm cuz your heater doesn't work??!  It's impossible that they did not have an extra blanket or sheet for me to use. Abby had no interest in helping me.nnThey've lost my business, though I doubt they care. Next time I'm in town I'll stay at one of the other hotels nearby as I won't stay here again!

Also when we had first got the room the curtain was broken/still is they kept sayin the would come to fix it but its been 3 weeks and still not fixed. The toilet keeps clogging and also tehy supposably clean the rooms but i found a grocery bag in the dresser with some Char boy and a flower that goes in a crack pipe

Not impressed by service and haven't checked in yet. Got here at 2 or a few minutes after and was told come back at 3. Goes to show my diamond/platinum membership with choice don't hold any weight, I thought that was supposedly part of the perks once you reach a certain level. Hopefully the room will be acceptable.
