Amber is so amazing. Anytime I’ve needed help with something or there has been an issue she was always quick to help me and was super friendly while doing so. Very understanding and reasonable.

Absolutely astonishing the lengths they’ve gone through for my situation. I never really give reviews but the assistance and communication I’ve received while working with management and a specific shout out to Amber, who has been fantastic at every turn. The complex is not without its faults, but the management has more than covered any issue I have encountered in a timely and kind fashion. I recommend these apts and applauded the staff for their commitment to helping.

I like staying there at Calloway apartments I've been there almost 10 years and the employees there are awesome they work with you cant ask for nothing better Amber and Jenny & Rhonda are the best thank you y'all everything you did for me ❤

This is one of the worst places to ever rent from. The apartments are so overly priced, they are still using 70-80s style cabinets fridges, and ovens. A person I am close with has about a dozen different paint jobs used to paint over the counter tops I know because it has been peeling. The management constantly will harass you for ever visitor you have, they will constantly put notices on your door threatening you with eviction notices for every little thing that they say was brought to there attention. The Unified Police are constantly there harassing or there to intimidate everyone that comes and goes. If you have an issue with the usual wear and tear and call to get things worked on the matinence workers take a week or sometimes 2 weeks to fix the issue after they do there best to charge you for. The neighbors are awesome people who watch out for each other. A very tight community here. I would like to take back the comments about the Police harassment here, the police have a tough enough job to do everyday and I should never have made comments about our police force doing there job in our community ever. I respect every officer that does there job and who patrol our community and keeps our loved ones safe. I am a supporter of our police officers and tough job description that goes along with them. I hope my apologies and my regret writing this review will not have negative sway to any persons looking to join this great apartment complex here at Callaway! My apologies to the management to the community and to anyone affected by the original review that I wrote.

Lots of green space, a lot of amenities, some units aren't updated. Very pet friendly.
