Robin is a fun person and a true real estate pro. Her confidence and pluck literally netted us thousands more on our house than we would have gotten alone. Her staging and design sense helped tons too. Good realtors aren't cheap but when you're dealing with your biggest investment, it's worth every penny. We highly recommend Robin.

Robin is amazing! She established a great relationship with the seller's realtor and helped us to get our house despite the many competitive offers! She is honest, kind, responsive, dedicated, and a pro during the negotiation process. Apart from being an expert in real estate market, Robin is also an expert home renovator! This helped a lot during the house hunting process. She could help us understand how much different renovations could cost, and could help us differentiate an easy fix from a costly one. We are so glad we had Robin to help us find our dream home.

Robin is hands down the best agent we've ever worked with. She went above and beyond to help us get into our perfect home. When one house contract fell through due to the failing the home inspection, she had another home already in mind to show us. She was quick to answer every question and address every concern. Robin truly is a master negotiator and communicates well with other agents. She is an expert in seeing real estate potential and value. We were so grateful to have her on our team!

We love working with Robin! She's very professional, straightforward, super responsive and understanding! I definitely recommend her service! She helped us buy our house in Lehi. She is amazing with kids, if you have kids and thinking of bringing them along for your house tour, you'll be in great hands with Robin! Our kids LOVE Robin! She will tell you all the historical points, buildings, local great foods, outdoor sites and many more!

Robin Perry was excellent to work with! I was extremely picky and Robin worked very hard to find the perfect house. She was very patient and always on the hunt for me. She went above and beyond with the finding, and the negotiating of the perfect house. We have become friends throughout the process and I know she did everything to get the best house at the best price! She even gave me some decorating tips.
