From first contact to final closing, working with Gary was easy! There were no gaps / lapses in communication. The offer was fair and the closing was faster than I expected. All-in-all, a super smooth transaction from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend working with this company to family, friends, and anyone looking to sell their home!

Gary was amazing and brought peace to our hearts and mind. We were in such a panic about losing our home due to unexpected hardships. The timing of his phone call offering to help us could not have been better. Through the process he was very thorough and kept us in the loop about everything. He offered quite a few different options to help us save our home. He pushed to get things finalized at a very busy time of the year. By doing so it was much easier for us to enjoy the holidays. Gary came to our house. We never had to go to his. While he was there one time we were in the middle of dealing with something very personal and tragic. Gary was so empathetic and it was very comforting. We will recommend him to anyone! We can’t thank him enough.

I enjoyed working with Gary with my house, there was an issue that required an attorney And several weeks to resolve but they pulled through

Gary Parker is one of the few honest and professional guy in the real estate business. When my 90 yr old mother-in-law passed, she had a reverse mortgage. None of the kids were on it so it was reverting back to the mortgage company. The kids were going to walk away. Gary called me and there was something in his voice that said he was trustworthy and truly cared. He didn’t know mom had passed until I told him. We made arrangements to meet. He told them that he could close and would get some cash for them within two weeks. There really was no equity in the home so that going to be interesting. This house was in bad repair. New roof needed, leaks in ceilings, etc. But two weeks later, almost to day he saw the house, we closed and the kids got $8,000 to split between 4. AND they did not put one penny into anything. I would recommend him with 10 stars if there were 10. Very nice man. A+A+A+

Gary was helpful and great at answering any questions I had. He made sure I understood what was going on at each step of the process and that I was comfortable with everything happening. Would do business again.
