They have a huge swimming pool a sauna a hot tub a complete fitness center a CrossFit area a gymnasium for members they have classes that include line dancing golden Zumba ( Zumba for seniors). They have yoga. I'm a huge fan of thier personal training service. A great place to go!
My trainer is Stacy and she is the greatest she is so professional she is so understanding of everybody's different needs if I was your boss I would give her a raise I have so much enjoy her professionalism and it makes me enthusiastic about working out and getting myself in good health
This is an amazing place for any of your fitness needs or goals. State of the art equipment with an incredibly knowledgeable staff. The staff legitimizes this facility. Also a a very clean Olympic size pool on site. CWC offers a vast amount of exercise opportunities for anyone, on any fitness level.
Walking andre good.Staff friendly. Expense probably beyond most people's budget.
