Ostrom install and service techs did a fantastic job installing our new furnace. From the service advisor Cody, to the install team of Darren and Thomas (and supervisor David), the entire crew was always courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and concerned that the job was done correctly and on time. We have in the past 6 months used Ostrom to install a water filter system, a new well pump motor, and now a new gas furnace and we have been pleased with each of the 3 teams that were represented in these jobs. They came out and updated my Electrical system for 100 amp service to 200 amp service. I loved how responsive, friendly, and professional they were. They also gave me multiple estimates for every project and walked the house with me to ensure they were understanding my needs. I recommend them to everyone!
