Over the top customer service, that's how I would sum up working with this company. My heat pump motor failed during our last cold snap and I was looking for a replacement part desperately on a Friday afternoon. I called them at 4:50pm on Friday and they had a motor, the problem is they closed at 5pm and I live an hour away. They offered to stay at the store while I drove there to get my motor. Because of this I was able to get my heat pump working for the weekend. On top of this they were the group used by the contractor for my house on the original installation. I just assumed the part was out of warranty but they told me it is still covered so I was able to get the motor under the warranty. I would have gladly paid and never questioned. It's very rare to find such exceptional customer service these days. I will continue to go to them even with many other companies closer to my house.
We had an emergency repair on a Saturday late in the day. I was expecting the worst. The technician arrived quickly and fixed the problem. He was courteous and professional. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend Witt Mechanical for your plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Witt Mechanical for any of your HVAC needs. We had a new system installed recently and they did a very professional job. Called in a service call when the unit started acting up and they had someone out within a few hours to fix it. Major kudos to their technician Lee who responded to the call. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job correcting the issue as well as explaining everything.
