Proud Maintenance

He’s always done right for me. He’s done electrical and plumbing among other things. He put “boots” over plumbing stacks on the roof, installed a septic alarm, garage door opener, a dishwasher, repaired a shower drain, and installed lighting fixtures. All with minimal fuss and when asked gave sensible answers. He’s very straightforward and works efficiently. When he has to come back he schedules in advance and is on time. Jerry is a known “quantity” and I can count on him for a variety of household jobs big and small.

The owner is very rude and unprofessional! There was a mix up with my apartment complex and he came into my apartment by mistake. After him walking into my apartment while only knocking once...of course this was a surprise to me and my dog because I was not aware of anything. For All I knew there was a strange man walking in my house. When I stated you can't just walk in here his response was well you didn't answer the door. (I was trying to get my dog under control who was barking like crazy)nAll this was very frustrating... he said he was here to check the AC because I had called 2 weeks ago.. I told him I had not called but he said he just needed me to switch the AC on so I did...while I was asking who he worked for etc.nWhen I came in I called my husband and asked if he knew anything about it and he then contacted our rental co. Who then tells us he is in the wrong apartment. I ran out to catch them and told him we had spoke to the rental company and he is at the wrong apartment and his response to me was bullsh*t that again I had called...i told him again that no I had not called he was in the wrong place and he did not want to hear anything I had to say just said I was lying because I had called and kept repeating that's bullsh*t over and over to everything I said then pulled off. I then contacted my rental co again to let them know how I was treated and she stated to me several times that they were in the wrong place ud83dude20ud83dude20
