I Didn't want to leave a 2 because I don't believe in negative reviews but after searching the Internet for 5 minutes there's no way to email or contact this business other than a phone number that rings to nowhere.nDear business owner, the last manual bay closest to the big hill, furthest away from the automated car washes, has no soap or anything except water. We moved to another bay to finish our carwash. Just heads up so you can take care of it! If I see a reply then I'll go ahead and change this to a 4 :) thanks!

The vacuum one the far left took our money and wouldn't even turn on. Moved to another vacuum station and while it was working, it didn't produce enough suction to even remove the dirt from the floor mats. So it was a waste of money. No attendant was on site to refund our money for the machine that didn't work either. I wouldn't waste your time here.

If you pay $13 for a car wash you should at least be able to get soap and wax and relax when it says that’s what you’re getting. I’m sorry to have to say this but this is not a very well ran business but my luck it’s the only one in Vinton.I paid $13 for a car wash then had to get out and spend another five dollars on the manual to get the places that were missed and another 375 to vacuum and still have a dirty car. Just went through and read the other reviews I guess it’s a common issue that the owner doesn’t care about go figure another Vinton Business is about to tank when people get lazy. How about sell it to someone that knows how to run a business

I went through the drive through car wash the middle bought the most and it did not get my van clean still dirty. Not happy
