This establishment IMHO offers excellent value for the consumer. Its my go-to place for tires and light repairs. Their pricing is fair, honest & competitive. Its clean and has a nice waiting area.
I am super impressed with this place! I have taken my vehicle there ever since I moved to VA and they do a FANTASTIC job. The customer service is fantastic, the guys are super nice, and they are very thorough. Highly recommend!

Don't waste your time with this place. The past 3 times I have gone to this business I have been reminded why I go to Jiffy Lube whenever possible. Several months ago, I went to Liquid Lube for an oil change. I sat in the lobby for 50 minutes, watching 2 technicians talk on their cellphones before I finally left. Three months ago, I returned to Liquid Lube for an oil change. It was 8 am, but an employee met me at the door and told me that there were 6 cars in front of me and there was no point in staying. Last week, I tried to make an online appointment for an oil change and state inspection. I kept getting an error message, so I called to make an appointment. The technician said that, even though the website says that appointments can be made online, it is actually first come, first served. Then he said that the inspection technician was not working that day, and he didn't think the following day would work out either. I am done with them.
