We've called Kannan & Pricone several times since moving into our new house (leaky pipes, general maintenance, replacing water heater, installing garbage disposal, etc). Suddenly, mid-afternoon there is water pouring out of my boiler. I hear the noise from upstairs and run downstairs to water everywhere in the basement. I quickly dial Kannan & Pricone and within 1/2 hour, Bill Kannan is ringing my doorbell and within 40 minutes had the entire problem diagnosed, fixed and returned to normal. It was a true emergency and K&P dropped what they were doing and came right over. Couldn't have asked for service more top notch. Thank you!
We have used them several time in the past and we have been always very satisfied with prompt service. Michael did a great job solving our plumbing problems and he was great with our German Shepherds! We highly recommend them and we just gave their number to our neighbors in North Andover.
