The summer of 2019 started out exciting and turned into an extremely long and stressful time for my husband and I. After living in our home 12 years we finally decided to redo our kitchen. Unfortunately, the contractor we originally hired was over committed and what we did not know at the time was that after he completely gutted the space we were left to beg for his time to return and finish the project. What was supposed to take 6 weeks took 4 months. We had no appliances in the empty kitchen and I had no idea how this was normal behavior from a contractor. Chuck recommended local vendors my husband and I used to help guide through purchasing appliances. We built relationships with these people and have used them to purchase other appliances throughout our house. What I appreciated most was that he showed us compassion during a difficult time and helped guide us through this process.
