Gerald can sit down with his 2 star review. I have been to a lot of Taco Bells and I can tell you, even taking into consideration this is a brand new location, this is one of the good ones. The staff was friendly, nailed my order despite being crazy busy. I think their drivethru was a designed kinda poorly but that's not the employees fault. Would go back, they know how to fully encase a crunch wrap which is key to our taco bell experience.

Slow service, orders frequently not quite right. This is due to a new crew in a new location. Give it a bit of time and they'll earn five stars

We waited an hour in the drive through, and although the staff was friendly they obviously didn’t know what they were doing. They seemed new or understaffed or both. The next time we went, they got the order wrong and when we asked it to be fixed the asked us to pull around where we were sitting for at least 10 minutes.

Where did the breakfast go? Radical hour changes so far. One time they had a sign on the window saying open 5p-10p.. You opened a Taco Bell in the business section of KOP. Understand your Clientele, kop is dead after 5pm. Bring back the breakfast.nnUpdate now they are there from 12a to 8p. Sadly I was there at 11am yesterday the 3/31
