After speaking with a number of realtors while trying to buy our first home, we ended up frustrated, pressured, and ready to give up. A few months went by without making any progress towards our goal of owning a home but everything turned around when we met Sharon Bradley from Bradley Group of the Poconos this past January.nnSharon was very knowledgeable and we could tell she had our goals, happiness, and best interests in mind throughout the entire experience.nShe drove us around every neighborhood we were interested in and showed us all that each area had to offer which led us to find the home we were looking for. Once we were in contract, she negotiated a price that was less than we anticipated, helped us plan out our whole move, and get all of our utilities/services set up. She made moving from out of state really simple and fun for us throughout the entire process.nnIn the end, she made all of our dreams a reality and we now own a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. Bradley Group of the Poconos to me is more like a home buying concierge service than a sales business and I would recommend her services to both everyone in the area and those looking to relocate like we did. I couldn't of asked for a better realtor to help me find my families first home then Sharon Bradley. When me and my wife started the home buying process we were overwhelmed with stress, then fortunately for my wife and I we met Sharon who over time showed me that she goes above and beyond what's required of her and solved many tasks for me and my family. I am a marine corps veteran who served in operation enduring freedom and a new father who at the time had 2 children under 2 years old and had no idea what I signed on for when I started the home buying process, but then once I contacted Sharon she took care of everything. She helped me find a home and in a very short time helped me get into a home.
