Warning!!! Shady company who does not care about the customer. If you decide to do the 34 day guarantee where they buy your house, make sure you have a lawyer. I did that and it went on for 5 months and I was stuck with 2 mortgages for that time frame. BEWARE!!!!

I bought a house handled as an estate by DLP Realty. DLP would not let me come in and clean the house two or even one day earlier without 5 conditions that made it impossible. All while the house was empty and they knew the person who lived in it was a hoarder and therefore the house was filthy. DLP also disposed of some of the furniture from the estate right on the property, hidden from plain sight. It is a disgrace and disrespectful to the previous owner. I wouldn't work with them ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Great space easy to find right off of the main road. The building looks very updated and very clean. Staff was very friendly.
