AVOID dealing with Barbara Miller at all cost! Her word means nothing.nnWe negotiated an offer with her, and she gave us verbal agreement that the seller accepted our offer. She said she'll have the seller's signature by the morning. Lo and behold, she ghosted us for 3 days, and came back on the 4th day saying that another buyer placed an offer, and that we would need to raise our offer if we wanted to get the house!! Basically, she wanted to start a bidding war. We declined to participate in her dirty games and withdrew our offer.nnJust in case you didn't catch this, she was showing the house AFTER she gave us her word and AFTER she received a written contract from us that was just waiting on the seller's signature.nnSave yourself the headache and find another realtor. You've been warned.

I have spoken with Barbara Miller today. I inquired about a listing, and hoped for more information.nnThis Agent was rude, condescending, and unwilling to explain details. I asked if video might be available to see the property, since we are in the middle of Covid with limited travel opportunities, and was told that she did not have any time for video! I was spoken to as if I were trying to sell her a property, not the other way around...in fact, I was made to feel like she was completely uninterested in assisting. It’s unfortunate, because I was really interested in this particular listing for a quick purchase, but after speaking with this woman, I would not purchase a trash can from her.
