Do not recommend if you are an out of state investor. I expressed my concerns about other agents I had to deal with not being consistence, not being responsive and I was assured I would be taken care of since I am an out of state investor. Well that was far from what happened. Agent Irene Santiago never sent me listings, I had to keep texting her and checking in and all I received were the automated generated emails. No personal care or communication took place. In fact I just realized I was still waiting since since 8/31 for numbers from her on rent roll. Its now 2 weeks later and guess who reached out to who? I did! Horrible service and blows my mind how real estate agents are not consistent when you have a client who wants to buy NOW.nnI guess everything happens for a reason...I have found another awesome realtor and property manager but I caution investors to do your due diligence before working with this company.

My wife and I had placed an application in on a rental we were interested in. After a week we called to get a status update and he stated he had trouble finding out application. Then continued to state he was currently showing it. When he did find our application which we payed a 60 dollar fee for he said he still had no idea. We politely asked for our application fee back and he made it very difficult for this to happen even though our credit was not ran or application processed. When we called the office to stop in the lady at the desk hung up on us and told us they are closed for the weekend. Did not ask for our name or let us know how we could get this money retuned to us. This office is clearly in it for the money and not for the people. I would stay clear of realtors at this location and the overall company. Just an awful customer experience.
