My husband and I lived here for a little over a month before closing on our house. So many good things to say. The location is amazing...close to all the amenities and major roads. We had a furnished suite and it was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The people at the leasing office were extremely nice, responsive, and flexible. They built a dog park while we were there which was a great addition. My daughter loved watching all the dogs everyday...so many dogs! We had planned to extend our stay had we not bought a house. We definitely recommend.

Not sure what happened here. This used to be a great place to live ... until the new management arrived. The new management team has made this place a horrible place to reside at.

Lived here for 2.5 years (2018-2020) and was extremely happy with the place. Management was super responsive to issues or general concerns. Nothing that I raised was ever pushed off or delayed. The unit itself was great (not brand new but extremely well maintained) and the gym was small but clean and well kept. Pool / business area also very nice. Pricing is upfront ( there aren't hidden charges ). Management was very reasonable, I had to extend my lease a couple times while searching for a place to move during covid. Only left because I needed to relocate.

Update: the staff here at AVE have helped me relocate to a new unit and so far, it's a huge improvement. I did not expect this level of care from a corporate type complex, but the support is exceptional. They were very understanding, and quite adept at handling a rather disgruntled tenant.

Just returned from the holidays to find I cannot access my unit. It is roped off for a roof replacement which was communicated to residents at 1:25 pm on Monday (just over 24 hours before Christmas).nnNo maintenance, office staff, or Ave management is available. I guess I will have to drag my holiday items through a construction zone to get home.nnNot the first lackluster communication by the maintenance director. He is still employed and with no communication support. Clearly management supports the tenants.nnConsider this before coming to Ave Malvern!
