I would recommend Servpro of Haverhill/Newburyport to anyone. They helped make the very best of a bad situation (kitchen flood), and their professionals -- under the guidance of manager Noel Torrissi -- put our custom cabinets, granite counter-tops, and hardwood flooring back to the way they were. Like it never happened! Many thanks to all Servpro staff and consultants for their kind, courteous, and efficient work!
Former employee, they treat there workers poorly, fire without reason, they promise overtime and raises.... lies , and they pay there workers terrible while the sales associates make 30 percent of job cost.... support another company this isnt it!
Ross, Jerry, Toney, James, a fantastic crew. We had water-leak damage in our kitchen and we could not have been more pleased with their work removing the damage promptly and assisting us with the insurance arrangements. I wouldn't want this to happen again, but if it ever does, I'm calling them.
The Haverhill/Newburyport ServPro Team is exceptional. In particular, I would like to thank Jerry, Aliyah, Toney, Justin and Antonio for their positive, can do attitudes. They showed up each day with smiles on their faces, and left each day still with smiles. Not to mention, at the end of long days, did not show any signs of exhaustion!! Worse company ever! We had a pipe break in our house and we had to call after 5. Two men showed up, one with alcohol on his breath the other had absolutely no idea about what he was doing. They barely cleaned, they were unprofessional and my husband did most of the work. They put fans in and left and never came back. I would never use them again.
