Questions on application are the same standard as any rental application I’ve seen before, potential landlords have a right to request most all financial information (just the same as prospective tenants have the right to deny that into, though it’ll hurt your chances of approval). All staff in the office (ladies and gents alike) have been courteous, helpful, and professional, they’ve been very clear and concise stating what information and proofs they need from us. Will update review if any issues arise but so far no complaints!

I went in to fill out an application a day later they called and said that they denied my application because of an eviction. When I told him that was false I was never evicted and that I had court papers to prove it. He stated that he had to go by what ever he found on the computer. I had a feeling from just walking in there I was going to be denied. The women there is not very friendly and didn’t seem like a people person. I am only giving one star because it does not allow you to give none.

Was interested in an apartment they were offering and was in the middle of filling out an application until I noticed that they wanted my account balances. That's private information in my opinion and ridiculously unprofessional. They come off scammy so beware!

The front lady is super rude i dont ever want to rent from them . Alan the front desk guy was nice and told me everything i had to bring . She then said it wasnt accepted . poor land lords more like slum

Sketchy that they request personal bank account information. Just verify employment and background check I'm not giving away my freaking bank.
