The unit we moved into had just been renovated & we like the add’l amenities in addition to the bright & airy interior. The other residents are mostly friendly, some keep more to themselves. People do well cleaning up after their dogs outside. There’s a newer property manager on site, Megan, who’s friendly & very responsive. We’re enjoying living here!

Don't bother. After 6 years here the new property manager jacked our rent up because of a cat, dog a get, but cat that we have had for years. So if you want to pay 1500+ a month, $35 per petnand get fun notices on your door about all the rules then this is a great place. I can't wait to leave now

The apartment complex is absolutely amazing! Best rental I have ever lived in. Sean, the Property Manager, is extremely helpful, understanding, and just all around a genuinely good guy. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. I truly loved my time at Sturbridge Meadows.

Well maintained, large units at a reasonable price. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. And its very quiet and peaceful, even though its right at the intersection of 84 & 90.

A cozy 2 bedroom apartment that you don't need to worried about stuff breaking because with renters insurance all repairs are free
