Matt Ezzo and his wife are a fantastic team of real estate agents. They did a great job selling my house in a matter of days. Matt explained the entire process to me in detail and was always available if I had any additional questions. The photos that were done to list the house were beautiful and I believe they were an important part in selling my home. Once the house was listed for sale we had so many people interested we didn’t even need to have an open house, although we had planned too, and there was an offer by the third day it was on the market.nnI would absolutely recommend Purple Porch to sell your home. They are professional, attentive, friendly and best of all, sell your home !!!!

This was my first time selling a house and I had no idea what to do someone I know recommended Matt at Purple Porch Properties right away I felt so comfortable with him, he went over things with me and I hardly had to do a thing Matt did it all for me. The sale went fast and Matt was on top of everything that had to be done.nHe is very comfortable to deal with, to talk with and very very helpful in the process. Always kept you informed of what was happening and going on, he was right on top of everything.nIf I am ever in the need to buy or sell another house I would definitely deal with Matt at Purple Porch Properties.nSo grateful for the person that told me to call him best phone call I every made. I had the pleasure of working with Matt for the first time and had a great experience from start to finish. Matt began the process of listing by bringing comparables to my attention to advise on an adequate price level for my home. We ended up getting an offer in just a couple of weeks. Our buyers desired for an expedited closing process which Matt helped streamline. Matt also went the extra mile in purchasing and installing a smoke detector while I was a couple of hours away from the home so that we could pass a fire dept inspection and still meet our closing timeline! I’d highly recommend to anyone in the area.
