They charged my wife $45.50 for shoe repair. Took over a month to have shoes returned. At first wearing the repair fell apart- they would only refund $20.50 because they spent time “polishing them.” What good is the polish if you can’t wear the shoes?nWe will never patronize them for any service in the future.

This is a terrible place. I have a ruined $250 cashmere sweater that the colors ran and is now purple and orange instead of purple. After bringing it back same day I picked it up- found owner not there for 3 weeks. Numerous phone calls to a full voice mail. Had to call nail salon next door to speak to anyone. She refuses to initiate a claim. I am away until April 1 and will be in there on return. I have notified BBB in Worcester. Do Not bring your clothing there! I will never bring another item to that place.

Update: It’s been 7 months since my shirts went missing. Each time I go in they ask for my number and say they will look and call me. Never call. Don’t use this place - unless you want to lose shirts - then this is your spot.nnLost 4 shirts. It’s been a month. Let my # to call once, no call back. Stopped in again.. “maybe they are at our other store”. Doesn’t seem like a real concern to find them. Now they have no hours posted at the store and this morning their sign says open but nobody is there.

Awful. I brought my class A (public safety) uniform to be clean upon learn of the line of duty death of a Worcester fire lieutenant. Ask for it to be ready Friday, they could not find it. They assured me that I’d have them today and would call when it’s ready. No call... It’s Saturday and posted hour are open til 7pm, at 6pm they are close. Voicemail box is full... inexcusable, terrible way to run any business
