We called and he sent some one down the same day to sand our driveway. He did a excellent job. Would highly recommend.
Crew showed up a week earlier than the scheduled day without notice. They sent me a message upset that windows were open and A/Cs were in window. I showed him our messenger conversation with the ACTUAL day they were supposed to show up their response was, “Whoops! My bad!! Let me touch base with you tonight. I quoted the wrong house too.” Which to me suggested he was going to change the price. When they then failed to touch base I reached out expressing my concerns with them not showing up on the right day, giving a price for the wrong house, and now following up as he said he would. Told him I was losing confidence in his ability to perform a quality job on site. His response was to decline service in the same breath as “I would have honored the price”. Were they really though? Or was it easier to just decline service. I was very disappointed with sloppiness and lack of effort from the administrative and customer service aspect of their business. I understand scheduling errors, looking at the wrong house, and forgetting to follow up. But all 3 in a row? The worst is giving up after minimal feedback. I personally found it unprofessional and a bit cowardly.
Was refused service after emailing pictures of my home and receiving quote because I simply inquired if they had liability insurance. Normal question to ask, quite the amateurs, Zack.
