Horrible experience- I’ve tried to go there multiple times to give them the benefit of doubt, thinking- “maybe it’s an off day for them”. People in this salon are rude not to mention, do not know how to cut hair. I’ve also tried to make appointments with other members of my family. Somehow they’re either a hit or miss for my husband. For me, they’ve gotten my time slot wrong and provided me with poor service (stayed they never received that I wanted a specific treatment even though I mentioned that on booking). Haircuts for me have either been mediocre/subpar or halfway decent. This last one was just so disappointing, that I believe they’ve had their last appointment with me.
Had a great experience there tonight as a first time customer! Phyllis was wonderful and was so attentive to what I was looking for both in color and style. My hair looks amazing, and I will definitely be back! I loved her suggestions and kindness, and it’s only been a few hours since I left the salon and have already had tons of compliments.
Keana did an amazing job on my hair. She was so nice and pleasant too. Jamie did my little girls hair and was so great. She even did a cute little braid for her at the end. Thank you ladies!!
The lady at the salon never introduced herself to me so I have no idea what her name is but I told her what I wanted and she cut it to shorter than I wanted it she felt like she was rushing and free handing what I wanted. The length In the back of my head is what I wanted she cut the front way to short. When I left and went home to straighten it, it was uneven in the front so I went back and made her fix it but the lady was nice about it and she was nice. Also, The person that cut my boyfriends hair did a really good job I love it!
Eyebrows on fleek. Very detail oriented with my hair and eyebrows, I felt fresh to death poppin out of this salon. I definitely will come back for all my hair and beauty needs. Thanks so much sisters!!!!
