You may not often take the advice on these reviews but if you were ever going to- this would be the one. Do not rent here! There are plenty of places especially during/after the pandemic where you will receive better treatment for what you are paying. This place is not worth it. Jessica was the only helpful person. Management especially Digna is terrible. As you read the reviews about how awful the management is- it is true. Do not overlook how many people have given this place a terrible rating due to management. They treat you like you do not belong there. Everything is a battle - even getting your security back!

don't waste time and money coming to try to make this place home , people are NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL . ( they fake they are nice before you rent after they you rent they don't care ) . over price for small place , and prices make not sense . the hallway always have stain somewhere , they CLAIM TO BE SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY AND THEY ARE NOT . GROSS

Very nice apartment complex except the walls are very thin so you can hear whatever is happening in your neighbors house, it’s also very expensive. The staff is extremely rude and discriminatory especially the manager Jessica.nYou can’t have a private conversation if you have an issue, they give a lot of attitude when talking to customers unless you want to rent the place. I had few friends who lived in the building and had the same experience. You have to learn how to respect people !!!nnI Would definitely not recommend the place.

Parkside commons is a great place to live. The employees are very kind and tend to your every need. The apartment complex is very well kept and the maintenance is always done on time. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice apartment at a low cost!
