My family and I have known Brian, the owner, for many years so when it came time for my mom to make a move back to Massachusetts he was the first one I called. Even though she was 800 miles away, he made it happen! Phone calls, texts, emails, video chats, he was on the ball. I would, without hesitation, rely on him to find me my perfect house if I were to ever move back. Thank you Brian!

Terrible customer service. I closed a deal with this office and they still haven’t paid me my commission check. They cashed the check on December 8th and are yet to pay me and it’s the holiday season. I called to see what the status was and the lady freaked out as if I am wrong and told me I was being rude just because I told her it’s unacceptable to this. I have done two deals in my career thus far with this office and both have been nightmares. Not sure how these people do business this way and get away with it.

The agent was off track on price and sales approach throughout the process of selling my home (It sold for exactly what I had proposed we list it for, but the realtor wouldn't listen It's great to get alot of money for your home, but waiting months in a good market while paying two mortgages really sucks). I called the broker to complain he couldn't have cared less. Stay far away.

From the start of the process until the end, Brian and his team were on point and responsive. There were a few unforeseen issues that arose and Brian and the team from 1 Worcester Homes worked tirelessly to make sure everything went off according to plan. Couldn't be happier.
