She told me to walk out of buying a property that we loved because she did not think we were fairly treated. Because we loved this beautiful property, we tried for some time and eventually decided against proceeding. When the earnest money deposit check was not returned on time, she did not relent until she made sure we received it.nnThrough her multiple connections, Andrea helped build a team of professionals that supported us along every step of the way. This included a recommendation to a mortgage broker, home inspection, lawyers, painting, plumbing, electrician. When I decided to go with a different lawyer or a different mortgage broker for financing due to better rates, she remained supportive and very understanding.nnShe was patient with us until we found a second property that we are now proud to call home.nnAndrea, led the negotiations with the seller and his agent effectively. At times, she surprised me with concessions from the seller before I even knew she was trying. On home inspection day, she showed up with coffee for everyone, water, donuts, and muffins for our kids. She played with our two years old to give my wife a better chance to inspect the house. When the seller demanded we close in three weeks, she managed to keep everyone on the team on track until we closed on time.nnA Christmas gift bag for my two kids was waiting for us when we got the keys to the new house.nnShe was always patient with our questions, even the not-so-bright ones.
