I found a home in Worcester on Zillow and inquired about it through the app. Terri Grimes was the first agent to reach out. I was a little weary to have a solicited agent reach out without vetting but I decided to roll the dice since the process and area was new and unfamiliar to me.nBoy am I glad I took that chance. Terri is AMAZING! From day one to after the sale she was right by our side at every step and this was FAR from being a simple sale. Any twist or turn she let me know what was up and how we were going to navigate. She NEVER made me feel rushed or neglected. She always made time to explain everything to me as the novice I was but never made me feel patronized. We are past the closing but there is still work that needs to be done and she promised that she would be available with any questions we have or recommendations we need and she has lived up to that promise every time.nProfessional, Knowledgeable, and just an all around awesome person.nI can honestly say without Terri's help there would have been a good chance I would have been out a $10,000 deposit and no home.nI can not recommend Terri enough.
