They unclogged my sink a month or so ago and a few days ago an old plastic pipe came apart. Roto Rooter sent another worker this time and he replaced the pipe and some other small pieces. I am really happy about this. Great job.
Mike & John did. amazing cleaned up the water from our crawl space area of the basement as well as disinfected quite a bit of it. There is no evidence of a clogged pipe now because of all of them! Denny was originally incredible for discovering with James & investigating exactly what happened & advised us what the next step should be with this type of pipe we have. We listened & are doing exactly what Denny said needs to be done.nWe appreciate all the hard work these extraordinary men performed in that old fashioned farmhouse basement we have! Thank you a million isn’t enough!

They were prompt in responding. They carried me along every step of the way. And they weren't actually too expensive.
My mother in law who suffers from dementia flushed her Depends pad down the toilet and clogged it up. I called at 11am and received service at 1pm. Matt L. was very friendly and professional. He explained the cost and the potential next tier service if he had to remove our toilet to further fix the blockage. He unblocked the drain quickly. I received great service and would hire them again.
