I used this tailor for alterations service. I came in with 7 items; all were marked and listed For alterations. I had to come back in a week to pick them up. After paying and taking my items home I noticed one sweater was missing. I Called them immediately to let them know . The lady I spoke to asked that I call back for the owner (man). I did and he told me that the tailor doesn’t work on sight and it might be at hers. That was a week ago( I understand how hectic things can get) so I called later this week. Just getting off the phone with him to him telling me he doesn’t care. I’ve never been upset to use a business service before . Please don’t go here customer service is terrible

Brought my fur coat here and it was returned to me after I paid over $60 ripped on the fur lining and ripped on the shoulder. Two rips. I had to wait more than two weeks just to get my coat cleaned and hemmed. When I picked it up they didn’t even hem the inside lining shut which I also paid for. These people are totally unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money here. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing and they will charge you an arm and a leg and do a horrible job. They didn’t even give me a discount, nothing. They did not even admit it was their fault. They blamed it on the 3rd party cleaner twice. Never again!! What a nightmare!! Zero stars.

Tailors and seamstresses are very good at their work, and always very nice and professional. We've been using them for years and haven't been let down yet!!

Awful Dry Cleaner they don’t know how to do their job. I dropped of a black blazer from JCREW good brand and it cost me $200. When I picked it up it was ruined and the way they defended themselves was by being rude and say that they had Gucci clothes and never had an issue. They accepted it was ruined and that was the best they could do that I should contact JCREW because it was a bad quality fabric and it was not their fault. I regret so bad bringing my clothe here and pay for it to be ruined. PLEASE NEVER BRING ANY CLOTHE TO THIS AWFUL BUSINESS.
