I visit the spa on it grand opening day and kind of surprise about the atmosphere and decoration of the spa. Every details are marching with each other. There are many beautiful corners for customers to selfie with their new perfect nail or eye lash. The owner and staffs were nice, they also invited me to their grand opening party. I got a wonderful day with a new beautiful nail and make good new friends here.
My nails (dip manicure) looked good until i was told to wash my hands. As I exit and walked to my car, multiple nails were turning white. I went back in .. she fixed them and told me to wash my hands at home. Why? To avoid me noticing they will mess up again? I went to my car again and they messed up again. I went inside and at this point.. too much dip was on the nail but she proceeded to try and add more. It was then I asked to speak to a manager .. I didn’t even want it fixed I actually just wanted her to see how horrible my nails looked but she insisted that she will fix them .. long story short my nails still are screwed up. I wouldn’t waste your time here. I lost 3 hours of my day in this shop!
