My wife and I moved from TN to KY and were referred to Chad by a friend. From beginning to end, Chad made the whole experience easy and as stress free as possible. He took time to understand our wants/needs and made sure we had access to all the tools to help us start the shopping process. When we found our home, he steered us through the offer process and gave us a few options to help us with finding a mortgage lender. After the closing, Chad provided recommendations and contact information for some services we needed at the new house. We could not be more pleased with Chad or the whole Keller Williams team!

Chad is amazing! He is the man you need to help you find your next new home. Very professional, trustworthy, hard worker and with a good sense of humor. He knows what he is doing and he is always very quick in getting back to you. He always had our back and made an experience that can sometimes be very stressful into a fun one.
