Jonesie Seabrook is seriously the most awesome realtor in Louisville! I loved working with her and she worked with me endlessly to get the perfect house. I write this review sitting in my new house, and I feel very lucky to have had Jonesie with me to help me through this process. She is an unbelievably hard worker who will work day in and day out to earn your business and find you the best house for your needs. She actually lives in the neighborhood I live in now, and I feel like not only did I have the best realtor, but I even have a close friend and neighbor. You should definitely choose Jonesie as your realtor, you will not regret it!

The team at Sincerity Homes, including Melanie Jones, Molly Mount, Michele Duncan, and all the other amazing people behind the scenes, worked incredibly hard to make my home selling and buying experience the best I could have imagined. They were very professional, kept me informed, and took the time to cover every important detail. They worked around the clock to get me the best possible offer on my home and also to find me the perfect new place to call home for me and my kids. They were right by my side through every moment, laughing with me, crying with me, and fighting for me to get what is best for my family. The family atmosphere is unmatched by any other. I have found forever friends in these people and I am so grateful for having them on my side in this journey.

Our home buying experience with Melanie was great. She was friendly, listened to us and what we wanted, quickly answered all our questions, and directed us to helpful resources as we relocated. We highly recommend her! She even found boxes for us!

Melanie was first of all very professional. I was relocating for work from Arizona, so time zone was always a consideration. I kept sending her homes I found on the web and she would check them out. Did a virtual walk through on one that I liked; she got to another one & didn’t think I would like it because of the highway noise. She sent me listings from the MLS as well, of course. So when I did come for my in person house hunting - the list was relatively short and we actually saw only one in person - which ended up being the house I purchased. She was very conscious of the neighborhood being right and getting what I said I wanted in my house.
