Working with Chris Thomas and his group was a GREAT experience! He helped us sell our home and buy our new one. And in both cases, the transactions were flawless. Chris is very attentive, responsive, and always anticipated our questions before we even asked them. We wouldn't hesitate to have him help us or anyone else with any real estate needs. Chris Thomas was my buy-side realtor, and did an amazing job for us. It was especially challenging because we were purchasing from out of state, but not only did he solve any problems that came up, he was also extremely prompt and respectful, even when it was clear I didn't know what I was doing. Chris was our agent on the buying of a home last year and selling of a home this year. We worked with Justin on the sale of our house in Mt. Washington. He and the other members of his group were very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. Justin's obvious experience and laid-back attitude will make you feel more at ease with what can be a stressful situation.
