Amy was very responsive in getting me a quote that was reasonable. She was helpful in answering my questions and got two guys out to replace my water heater the next day. The two gentlemen (Logan and Cody I believe were their names) that came to my house were fast and efficient, they had the water heater installed and ready to go in a few hours. Hard Rok Plumbing as gained a new customer. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and painless the whole process was thanks to a great service and install team.

I've used Hard Rok in the past for our iron extracting system install. Robert was great then. Today we woke up with the furnace blowing cold air and it was -16 ! I called , reached Bill. Less than an hour later he arrived, diagnosed the problem in minutes (filter installed backwards) and found a condenser malfunctioning. This not urgent. He showed husband how to replace. No charge for call . Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. Hard Rok will be our go to team for heating and plumbing! They are the BEST !

From new construction to service calls including several boiler change outs the staff have done quality work and the owner has saved me thousands of dollars with innovative solutions. Hard rock plumbing and heating responded quickly within only a short time of notice for his assistance of our request. He bent over backwards with his prompt, and diligent actions and resolving all questions and provided his excellent skills and abilities! I would call him before any other shop!

I have hired countless contractors for personal projects and corporate projects, and Hard Rok was hands down the easiest contractor I have worked with. They fit me in with short notice, got my plumbing project done on schedule and were incredibly friendly. Will never use anyone else!
