Although Dillon does good work, he is extremely unreliable. He charged us for work he never completed, and refused to answer our calls or emails after he took our money. He was reported to the BBB

911 Plumbing and Heating came out today. Dillon did the installation on a filtration system we needed due to high iron staining our fixtures and tubs. He was and was very kind and knowledgeable. Their website is great, allowing online scheduling and text reminders and updates on install day. Dillon is a huge supporter of our vets and had just come from an install where he gifted toilets to a disabled vet! I definitely recommend these guys!

(Revised)The work that was done for replacing the pipes out in our cold laundry room ( they had froze and burst) was done wrong by this company. They never returned to finish and all the piping had to be ripped out and replaced on what had been put in. We also found tools of my husbands missing... we thought the issue would be good after they were supposed to finish the job and although the plumbers claimed they would show up on multiple times nights at a time they never did. This went on for 4 nights (also the times he would offer to come over would be at midnight or after, what co. works like this??) and we still had no hot water after all that and we finally had to fire him. He only responded to notify us if he wasn't coming or could suddenly come at midnight. If it's a real emergency or just a small fix it thing, don't call this company EVER. They run late and the one time they do show their name gives you the impression that they're gonna be there, or at least let you know if they can't come help, in the day time! OR THAT THEY WILL NEVER FIX IT AT ALL!... Remember us now guy??
