I always liked Stack Company (same company who started this own) and have sent a lot of business to Glacier Point over the years. But twice in a row now I sent clients who were treated very badly, and even after years of being a customer and sending dozens and dozens of clients, when I called (from the hospital to boot) to try and sort a situation out for a client where a very expensive repair had been done improperly, they were rude and adversarial. In one house the tech made a really big mess, left sewage footprints, melted the wax ring at a toilet and don’t replace it. At another they billed for nearly $1000 in line clearing and did not actually unclog the line. They assured the client they would be back within the week and never showed up. They blamed that on the “tech not being responsible for scheduling.” They blamed the client for not calling again faster. They also wrote a credit card down incorrectly and then said I must have given them the wrong number. Lastly, we have a third party company that has tried to reach them on a contract and never can. I finally today asked to speak to an owner and both the female admins were nasty and dismissive, and I doubt the message will even be conveyed. I would not refer a client to them again, or use them myself.nnAll customers should be treated well, but when you have spent thousands and referred many thousands of dollars in business to them and the staff is nasty to you when they’re wrong and you’re calling from the hospital...not a company worth working with.

I called three months ago to have an expansion tank and zone switches replaced on my boiler. They did not bring out any parts in order to repair. So they come out a second time to do the job. Was it fixed? No, zone switch failed and they left the water off for the basement. Third time they came out they admitted the expansion tank was bad, finally, replaced it, added some glycol to further run up the bill. And now again we are without heat. No problems with furnace for 6+ years until GPS came out and since it has been nothing but problems. Stupidly tried a fourth time to get them to come fix it, but the receptionist was rude and not wanting business. So, I give up. Do not give these folks your business, you will be sorry. Go somewhere else.

Glacier Point Services both pumped our septic and cleared our drains the day we called for them.nnOur pipes became blocked and backed up into the kitchen sink. They came out to pump our septic that afternoon (we called them in the morning). When that didn't work to clear the drains, we called them again and they had someone out less than an hour later.nnThey were fantastic overall. We gave them 4/5 because their employees were not as communicative as we like and we like to know what's going on, but they were courteous and got their people to us ASAP.

Our lift station pump went out and they were able to come out the day after I called. Friendly office staff and technicians, great service.
