I have worked with Jen Hudson for a long time. She has been a consummate professional when it comes to being fair, honest, assertive and knowledgeable. She on her own, because I was doing a different deal with her, helped me negotiate some new tenants at a rental property that saved me a BUNCH of money, referred me to an awesome and reasonably price tenant screening company, and has worked in such professional manners for decades. The videos and photos of properties help make them POP, and I know that when information is conveyed, it is well researched, factual and worth reviewing, not opinion or conjecture.nSimply, Jen is a ROCK STAR of a real estate professional.

Jen, Duane and the team at Hudson Real Estate did nothing short of an incredible job selling our Washington home. This was a very complicated situation, involving boundary line adjustments, title issues, repairs, and more. Jen went above and beyond. She personally handled many of our issues, coordinated with the appropriate parties, and offered creative solutions. If the first attempt didn't work, she tried something else, and kept trying until all of the roadblocks were cleared.nnAfter listing, we quickly received three competitive offers over asking price and Jen went back to work negotiating with each buyer. We were then able to hand select the deal with the best terms.
