Tried to get a gel manicure and it wasn’t working right, was streaky and not adhering and the guy kept trying the same things but it still wouldn’t work. I’ve never left a salon with my nails looking worse than when I arrived. I’ve had thousands of gel manicures and never had this happen. Customer service was poor and they told everyone who walked in to come back at 4:30. Not enough people working.
Is been my favorite nail place for years now and it still is. Never had a complaint. I get my nail done by the guy & he always does a great job on my nail I love this place.
I work within the complex and all the women talked about this place as if it was the best place ever. So I had to find out myself. Well, i'm definitely not disappointed. Not only are they nice and professional. The guy is hilarious and really takes time on your nails to be perfect. Price was $5 more than what I'd pay at my regular salon. But, I will now be going here to get my nails done I was super impressed with them
