Arterra is by far the best place I have lived in around the Kent area. Manuela is amazing and she worked with my family to help us have a smooth move. Stephen in Maintenance is amazing. The neighbors are friendly and not nosey like other places I have lived at. There's lots of kids playing outside and it makes it feel like a community. Any time I had a concern or maintenance issues Manuela always made sure it was addressed. Love the floor plans. All in all my family and I love our home.

The Arterra Apartment is a very nice complex that is conveniently located. It is clean, safe and well maintained. Target, Home depot, Ross are at walking distance of 5 minutes. Property Manager Manuela is very very responsive and helpful. I have never had any issues. I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live.

This place is excellent, I lived prior in Bellevue and Kent in other apartments. We moved me and my family to Arterra recently, the hospitality, the cordial respect and the prompt answering of calls and solving and responding to clients need is exceptional at Arterra. I would like to especially thank the Property manager Manuela Chapman. She is amazing and professional. The place is Kids friendly environment too. My sons loved their new home. Thank you Property Manager Manuela Chapman. You made Arterra hospitable. More so, I would like to thank the property Manager Manuela Chapman, for being professional and helpful, she is always prompt at responding to our needs as the client of Arterra. The service here is second to none. She is cordial and helpful Amazing Job Manual Chapman of Arterra. Thanks from Mohamed's Family. Keep it up.

OMG! Love, Love, Love Manuela! and Derick too! They do such a great job taking care of the residents here! All apartments have certain problems, but Manuela and Derick are always doing the best job to make it a great place to live! I would highly recommend living at Arterra Apartments!
