We lived here about 2.5 years, we had a really great experience and we were a little sad to leave because we had gotten so close to our neighbors and the kids had so many friends they didn't want to leave but such is life when you buy a house. Everything that you would want from your apartment manager was here and we felt lucky to have landed at the Quail Springs when we moved here from the other side of the mountains. We do highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable home to rent.

This is the first time in 25 years that I've had to live in an apartment however being here for a year now has been a pleasant experience. Anytime we need maintenance in the apartment, Juan responds quickly and respects our privacy. The manager Erin has been very proactive with keeping us up to date on Covid changes and has been very professional and accommodating to work with. Great place to live!! Great location and neighbors!

I love this place. I have been here for many years. I love the staff! They actually care and listen to concerns and help in anyway they can. So glad I live in this community!

Just signed my 4th year here at quail springs, never thought living in an apartment would be somewhere I would stay long. Erin has made life easy here at Quail Springs. Always available when something arises, helpful, and accommodating...thanks Cat

I can't say enough how pleasant the experience at Quail Springs Apartments has been so far. Erin, Property Manager, is amazing. She explains everything in details and show cases the property and apartments very well. Looking forward to living at this complex. Thanks to ErinnnRyan Wahlbrink
