Basin Transit Service

Worst experience ever. Mr. Garcia is far from a professional driver. He should leave his cell phone alone and pay attention to the passengers exiting and boarding the bus. His driving ability is less than desirable. Definitely will not be on any public transportation with him operating the vehicle.

We have had nothing but good service, riding basin transit, keep up the good work.

The service is fine and the drivers are very helpful and friendly. It's just the lack of service on a Sunday and the fact that they eat in early on Saturday.

I attempted to ride the bus today I was at the bus stop 5 minutes early I waited until 5 minutes after the listed time. When no bus arrived I called and was told they do not know why the bus was not within a 10-minute time window and I can have a supervisor call me back. I'm not sure how wasting more of my time would have been effective. Not a good experience..... Will not be thinking this is an option in the future.

I applied there, interviewed and they said they would call me in a week. I was hoping to get a yes or no answer. I sent e mails , called and walked in with no answer just brushed off. I found out they just don't like veterans and that's their policy.
