I put the call in at 6:30 on a Friday evening with my forced hot water boiler down and temperatures outside at 15 degrees and falling and the temperature inside at 45 degrees. They weren't the first company I called but they were the first company that said they could get out to me. They told me someone would be here within 90 minutes. The owner was here in less than half an hour and one hour later the heat is back on and I have a new go-to plumbing and heating service organization.
I really dont appreciate your driver almost causing a pile up on amesbury road almost rerended me had to cross over the yellow line just to avoid hitting us. You should hire people who pay attention to the road not their phone.
Got an old house trap removed in the basement that was causing a huge clog, he gave me the best estimate and came right away, did an excellent job and pipes are still clear.
Made appointment and never showed... called and spoke to them, they said later that day, and no showed again... never awnsered again after the second appointment came and went
poor customer service.
