Excellent knowledgeable friendly people. My choice of plumbers forever

I just didn't like their work. Some electrical modifications they had to do for a water heater repair had to be redone by a licensed electrician. Bad attitude. He didn't agree with a home inspector's recommendation and said he didn't know what he was talking about, and I know that in fact he did. He had a snotty attitude. Drain pan had to be redone because the closet door wouldn't close. Poor communication skills. You can do better.

I love Case Plumbing. They do exceptional work for a reasonable price. They always answer my calls right away. I wont use any one else.

I called first thing this morning about a leaking outdoor spigot at our house and they had a guy to our house within FIFTEEN MINUTES. The problem was fixed in the same amount of time. We couldn’t be any happier with these guys, what great service and work!!!

I tried getting them to come out to my house to fix my drain lines. They said they were two weeks out. I said okay put me on your calendar. Two weeks came and went I was given excuse after excuse. Never did get them out here. I ended up getting another plumber to fix it.
