you over charged by lying you were here for 8 hours and was only here 2 hours,,by sending a bill 3 months after the work was done and work was included in and payed for by our home insurer,,,you recommended Alan Delashmutt from lapine to fix the water damage and said you would include your services in the claim with his,,,he turned out to be a real disappointment and would not recommend him to an enemy ,,,i'm contacting better business on both of you and letting them know how you two work together and have taken advantage of the elderly,,, ll

had a leak, called at 4:30pm and they were able to send someone out. guy came out (Kyle or Kevin sorry if it's wrong I am horrible with names)nhe was honest efficient and quick. Thankfully it wasn't a hard fix so he was in and out in 1 hour or less. They do charge for drive time but it was worth it. Reasonable hourly rate.Thank you guys!
