Rainbow International

Rainbow International was great to work with. I called Mike, explained to him my concerns and what was going on. The next day Mike has his guys over to check everything out. Eric and Austin were great to work with. As soon as they showed up we went over my concerns and they jumped into it eager to work and help me solve the issue. As the process unfolded Eric and Austin were explaining the steps and why they were needed. It was probably annoying having me in the way asking questions like a 5 year old but they dealt with it great. Eric and Austin appeared to be knowledgeable in the steps and their process but also the steps coming up and what was going to take place after they left. They had equipment ready to go and left it over night to make sure everything was good to go. Next morning they showed up, knocked their final check up out, and were gone leaving my house and the area they were working in cleaner and in better condition than it was when they got here. I can honestly say they did a great job and will definitely get my recommendations. Good work guys, keep it up.

I appreciate Eric's ongoing diligence, competence and communication. He is respectful of both the customer and their belongings....and he is funny and kind.
