I can leave a voicemail 24 seven and he’ll get back to me right away if it’s an emergency even late at night!nCoast Heating is a local service company and “service” is what drives their success, in which I am confident.nnRon doesn’t just fix it, he walks through what happened so you can be proactive to avoid issues in the future. In addition there of been times where it was a simple quick fix and I wasn’t charged for the visit. Not that I ever expect that, but the level of customer service is why there was no one else I will call when I have a problem. I highly recommend Coast Heating And Cooling for all your needs!

Wonderful experience. Installation was quick and correct. Very professional and respectful of working in someone’s home. Answered questions and explained features of the unit in a way that everyone could understand. Highly recommend.

Called because I was having a heat issue and wanted it fixed right away. They offered me an after hours slot the same day. There was going to be an additional cost for this, but the technician showed up early and saved me about $100. He was very helpful and got right to work. Turned out the issue was the thermostat. Gave me an excuse to upgrade to a nest thermostat. The tech even offered to provide phone support if I needed any help installing my new thermostat later and gave me some helpful tips to make the install go smoothly. Great service!

They are the place to call first. I called and got an appt the next day. They called on day of service to see if they can come earlier. Of course. Our tech was so kind, knowledgeable and gave me batteries to replace remote that was going to go bad in a few months. My local person that installed the fireplace insert never responded to my texts. I waited a month and no response. Will use this company if needed again.

Installed new furnace. Prompt, timely, explained everything, pleasant service people, would use them any time for anything.
